If the nightly rate for 2 nights is less than $650, the minimum still applies. Required service fees, including cleaning and insurance, are added to your rental total. Before booking, you’ll see a full breakdown of your rate, required fees, and any optional extras or delivery fees. A 4-night minimum applies during our busy season (memorial day to labor day).
