WHAT COMES WITH OUR RENTAL?
Our campers are stocked and ready to go with all the basic camping necessities. Some items standard across all units are electric/plumbing/septic hookups, stabilizers/wheel chocks, mattress protectors, pots/pans, plates/bowls/utensils, coffee maker & toaster. 1 week prior to your booking, we will send out a stock list that is more specific to the camper you are taking that will provide a more detailed list as well as recommended items to pack.
Dry Camping package
Price: $145
Planning to go off-grid? We’ve got you covered! Add our Dry Camping Package to your reservation and enjoy the freedom without the hassle. We’ll start you off with fresh, full water tanks—and when your trip is over, we’ll take care of dumping and cleaning your tanks for you. No stress, no mess—just more time to relax and enjoy your adventure!
Generator rental
Price: $45/night
Generators are recommended for all campgrounds or residences without electric hookups. Our quiet 4500i portable generator will be able to power the entire RV. Rent a generator to make your trip more comfortable – no more getting up in the middle of the night to add gas. Average run time on a 3.4 gallon tank is 18 hours. Generator rentals are $45 per night.
Tank Dumping
Price: $100
This fee can be paid ahead of time to have Fireside RV Rental empty the waste water tanks after return. In addition, we may charge this fee if a renter returns the trailer without properly emptying the tanks themselves.
after hours pickup & return fee
Price: $75
Our regular business hours are 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Pickups or returns scheduled before 9:00 AM or after 4:00 PM will incur a $75 after hours service fee. This fee helps us accommodate scheduling requests outside of our normal operating hours. Thank you for your understanding.
Extra propane tank
Price: $30
If you’re planning a long trip and would like the security of an extra propane tank to keep your grill, stove and heater running without worry. The tank will be full and ready for use, preventing the hassle of refills in the middle of your trip. All tanks will need to be refilled prior to return.
Bed linens — All inclusive travel package
Price: $395
This includes sheets, comforters, pillows, pillow protector & pillow case for all beds needed. (mattress protectors are standard in all units and will be provided regardless). Queen beds will receive 2 pillows, with full size and twin beds receiving 1 pillow. We will use the number of guests on your reservation for guiding this. Please reach out if you need any further accommodations.
pet cleaning fee
Price: $55
Bring your furry friend along for the adventure! Pets are welcome in most of our rentals with a one-time pet cleaning fee. This helps cover the extra time and care needed beyond our standard cleaning – ensuring the RV is fresh and ready for the next guest. (If you plan on bringing a pet, we do highly recommended to also add the $69 interior protection package for insurance during checkout)

Price: $25
