 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My wife and I rented a unit with Adam at Fireside RV Rentals a couple months ago.  Given the excessive rain that has fallen on the area of Buffalo, MN in recent weeks, the water has flooded the area where we planned to place the unit requiring us to cancel our reservation two weeks out from the reservation.  Adam understood the problem and was willing to work with us and refunded our deposit.  We know how that can impact a small business, but Adam expressed the importance of working with his customers and is dependent upon repeat customers as he builds his business.  We will definitely rent from Fireside RV Rental in our future annual trips to Buffalo with confidence.  Thank you Adam!  We'll be back!

Adam sends out timely communication about the unit being rented, some suggestions on what to pack and videos about hooking up the trailer and detaching it once you arrive at the destination. Made this first time RV’er feel comfortable! Adam is available if a need arises as well as an RV tech for any questions you may have. Fireside rents high quality units which make the experience comfortable for all involved. There are various sizes available to meet your needs. Through a series of events the sleeping beds at our cabin changed from 6 bedrooms to 2. The “what to do” was solved through contact with Fireside RV rental.  We spoke to Adam Wachter and all our problems were solved. Through Fireside RV we we able to have a trailer delivered, set up, and operational exactly when we asked it to happen. The camper was in awesome condition, everything worked perfectly, and he provided us a PDF specific to our camper a week ahead of time that gave an overview of what was included in the camper, what we should bring with, how to set up, how to break down, etc. This was super helpful as I wasn't very experienced using a camper this big. Price was very competitive as well. You can tell that they genuinely care about the customer experience and I'd recommend them to anyone.
